Inspections

When you visit a dealership or automotive repair facility, do you get some type of inspection done? Many businesses utilize a digital inspection system. These are quite handy tools for us to let the customer know what issues they have with their vehicles. These inspections may point out critical areas that need attention right away and / or possibilities of future items that need attention. The problem is, sometimes the repair facility or dealership gets a little out of hand on its recommendations. The problem with that is you as the consumer will just disregard all information on that inspection report because it is “too much”.

My goal at my facility is to educate every customer that comes in what issues they have on their vehicle. In the end, it is always up to the vehicle’s owner to determine what they want done. Many times, there can be discussions about different types of parts or quality of parts to try to help pricing out to fit your needs. Let’s have that discussion!
