Choices

As a consumer of automotive repair, you have many choices of types of businesses to service your needs. I would like to introduce you to the independent repair shop. We are the shops where the people(s) that control the outcome of the repairs and the cost of those repairs are directly involved with those repairs. We do not have an owner that has several shops or an owner that is a franchise operation or a dealership that has to answer to the “higher up’s”.

Independent shops may be a good answer for your needs if you want a repair or opinion on a repair that does not involve a bottom line of finances that fit the needs of the shop / dealer. For instance, your vehicle is at a repair facility or dealership, and you might feel uncomfortable or distrustful of that operation. It might be a good idea to get another opinion and/or an estimate. This is your choice! Sometimes a simple phone call me be a good idea.

Our goal is to gain the trust of every new and existing customer that we have. We understand that there is a plethora of independent and chain operation repair facilities to choose from. We encourage you to make some phone conversations to an independent shop to see what makes you feel comfortable.
