Bad service, did not honor their work, and the owner had a bad attitude. Don't go here.

This was my first time visiting Boeser this morning (to have my transmission fluid drained and filled on my '23 Jeep Compass) and I couldn't be anymore pleased with the service from start to finish. Tom is very personable & knowledgeable about the automotive industry and he explained to me various important services that are necessary for vehicles (that a lot of car owners don't do / keep up with). Boeser also has fair pricing for their services and they go above and beyond to take time to listen to their client's needs and explain (in depth) what is going on with their vehicle and then offer the best solution possible. Not to mention that they actually care about doing great, quality work on the vechiles in their shop. I will definitely be a returning customer for future services! Thank you very much Tom and the technicians at Boeser. You guys are GREAT!

I came in early morning with a flat tire. Tom immediately got to work, ordered a new one, and had me back on the road later that day!

Boeser provides excellent service. They did a great job on my recent steering issue. They also replaced my transmission two years ago. I trust Boeser for all my vehicle needs. A very positive experience.

Great communication, Tom explained things very well, work was done quickly. Even though we are from out of town and likely won't use them ongoing, he treated us like neighbors. Hard to find a good honest mechanic but Tom and crew fit the bill.

I had my 2006 Silverado in for a transmission rebuild in February. Compared to the the other quotes I received, Boeser's was the most detailed in diagnosis and the needed repairs. Reasonable price and had a very quick turn-around of repair of only a few days after I dropped it off. After the rebuild, I immediately went on a 4k mile road trip, and the transmission worked flawlessly. Thanks guys!

Built the transmission on our 04 corvette and shift are crisp and solid!! Very knowledgeable and great reputation here. Highly recommend for maintenance or complete rebuilds and repair.

Absolutely stellar service. The dealership quoted me an absurd price for a fix that wouldn’t have even fixed the issue with my car! The guys over at Boeser correctly diagnosed my car, fixed it, and it costed less than the dealership. Nothing but great service and communication from them. My vehicles will never see a dealership again and Boeser is my new go-to crew!

I’ve now been at Boeser’s a handful of times, and the simple truth is that they’re some of the most honest, reliable folks I’ve met. They pick up the phone, they answer all of your questions to a tee, and they provide sound advice every step of the way all while being more affordable than 90% of shops out there and far more trustworthy than 99.9999% of shops out there. Don’t take your car anywhere else, not even the dealership.

Tom and his team were open, honest, transparent and tenacious when it came to diagnosing and fixing some very peculiar issues with my Yukon XL. Tom helped explain how the parts worked and how they were impacting my truck, and why they were important! He also did an initial inspection on my husbands new work vehicle before we purchased to ensure it would be a good buy!

My parents had their transmission fail on their Dodge Caravan. I called 6 different shops to get quotes. Boeser seemed the most trustworthy and experienced on the phone and was priced competitively. The man working there is a scammer! Tried telling me both my headlights were out and the lights could cost $500 to fix. Left and tested my lights and everything worked fine except the 1 bulb I went there to get fixed. I only went there because the police gave me a free voucher and this man is abusing it.
